Non-destructive testing

Wherever your company is based and whichever sector we can perform visual testing (VT),  magnetic particle testing (MT), penetrant testing (PT), ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), ultrasonic thickness testing (UTT).

The scope of our laboratory's services also includes:
- technical support,
- NDT level III supervision,
- quality control of NDT inspections,
- preparation of inspection and quality plans, testing procedures,
- assistance during inspections/controls.

NDT personnel hold qualifcations in level II and level III according to PN EN ISO 9712. We perform non-destructive testing comply with international and national codes and standars such us: EN, ISO, NORSOK, ASME or according to Client's requests.

To achieve the best NDT service we use the equipment of worldwide recognized brands. All our measurement and technical equipment is checked and calibrated on daily basis and certified.
We pay special care to safety at work as well as good working conditions of Inspectors during controls, thus appropriate equipment and security of personnel is of great importance to us.

Our certificates: PN-EN ISO 9001:2008 (TUV Rheinland), PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 Polish Office of Technical Inspection (UDT), Det Norske Veritas (DNV.GL), Bureau Veritas (BV), Road and Bridge Research Institute (IBDiM), National Atomic Energy Agency (PAA).

Copies of Inspectors' certificates are available at Client's request.

Components used in PT testing come from renowned manufacturers and are suitably certified

The inspection is conducted with the use of magnetic flaw detectors. The components used in MT examinations come from renowned manufacturers and hold all required certifications.

In ultrasonic thickness testing we use USM Go flaw detector with a thickness gauge is used. It allows through-coating thickness measurement and also to record the results electronically.

In radiographic testing we use an X-ray lamp with up to 200kV voltage – SMART ANDREX, whereas  X-ray images are developed by an automatic imager. The photographic materials we use come from recognized companies in the field of industrial radiography. Maximum thickness of the material x-rayed is 40 mm for steel.
